Returns and exchanges will be accepted only within 2 days of delivery date.
For returns, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity of 3 months.
In case of exchange, customer can select the different size or product whereas the difference for the higher product amount will be paid from the customer and the difference with the lower product amount will be credited in the form of store credit.
We do not accept Return or Exchange for the products once sold in any sale and purchased under any offer on the website.
In case the size requested/product requested is out of stock, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 3 months.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Please ensure the returned product is unused, not damaged and has the original packaging, price tag, original invoice and label.
§ We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it to our source address for the return or exchange. We do not offer returns or exchanges for International orders.
§ After receiving the product it will go through the QC process.
§ It takes 1-2 working days for the process after receiving the product to dispatch the new product or initiate store credit once it passes the process.
§ Products on sale are not eligible for return or store credit. Products purchased using a credit voucher are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchange & Return Process

Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your exchange or return within 1-2 days after receiving the product.
Refund Policy
Store Credit: Returns which are accepted can be claimed as store credit minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which is valid for 30 days.
Fee: The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of ₹250.
Exclusions: Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
Sale or Discount Policy
Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchange for a fee of ₹250 provided the size is available.
No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.
Missing or Damaged Items
Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.
